I started designing and crafting around 20 years ago. I initially became a wedding florist/ designer and had my shop in several locations. After great success but long long days, I decided to scale down and just focus on my first love, painting and of course, my family.
I started showcasing my products doing a multitude of craft shows in NJ. With great success I have developed a strong following. My main focus is servicing my customer! I'm a people pleaser, so with that being said, I go beyond to please my clients. I find great joy when someone loves the work that I do.
Though I teach middle school Science, yes Science, I am obsessed with crafting. Especially painting on just about any surface. I have painted hospital murals, health club walls, law offices , doctor offices and homes with every kind of theme.
As noted on my main page, my mission is to not just sell my product but to gather as much proceeds to make Activity Bags for sick children in local hospitals. This is in honor of my beautiful daughter, who as a young child, was diagnosed with severe epilepsy and suffered numerous seizures. For a good 3 years she was in long hospital stays.
While in the hospital, it always would be either on a holiday or on her birthday, they made sure my daughter was busy with games, crafts, etc. They would even give her a special gift for her to enjoy. Since then, I have made it my mission to "pay it forward " , by delivering "activity bags" for sick children, it has amounted to over $5000 worth of activity bags to St. Josephs children's hospital and St. Barnabas . Since becoming a seller on Etsy in 2014, I have been able to make an additional $1500 of activity bags. I am forever grateful for you as my client and Etsy to help me continue this mission.
Take part in this mission, every purchase you make at my shop I will take a percentage of that proceed and put it towards making these activity bags.
